The remnants of what appears to be a massive location. At this location, sites appear to extend along both sides of the valley walls, making it difficult to understand the full extent of the quarry. There are signs of extreme weathering indicating a very long period of exposure. “Skyfall” is one of the most stunning locations in the Jinyun quarry complex because of its massive cathedral like structure and vaulted skylight. The neighbor runs a chicken farm with many roosters running around on the slopes of the valley. Locals farm vegetables on the valley floor, but like many here in China, they seem indifferent to these enigmatic ruins that haunt the landscape.
